After many years as chef of some of Australia’s most successful restaurants, Steve Cumper’s desire to work with producers and create wholesome, organic foods led him to Tasmania. Now, Steve is living the dream, running the Red Velvet Lounge in Cygnet and raising his own backyard full of crops, named the "Silver Creek Farm". Steve is a passionate advocate for home-made, organic food and supporting quality local producers.
