1. Information on how to enter and details of the Prize form part of these terms and conditions of entry. By entering or participating in this Competition, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this competition are final and binding. 2. Entry is open to all residential customers of Aurora Energy Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”) in Tasmania (excluding King and Flinders Islands). The Promoter’s employees, contractors, agents (including agencies associated with this Competition) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants can only enter in their own name and entry is limited to one entry per individual. 3. The Competition will be open from 11 February 2010 at 00:01 EST and conclude on 25 March 2010 at 11:59pm EST. 4. The Prize is 1 x wind-up LED Dynamo lantern with FM radio and phone charger (RRP $69.95), 2 x 20-litre solar showers (RRP $14.95 each), 2 x wind up LED torches (RRP $29.95 each), 4 x stainless steel drink bottles (RRP $17.95 each), 6 x biodegradable cleaning products (RRP $6.95 each), (“the Prize”). 5. The total value of the Prize is approximately $273.25. 6. To enter the Competition, entrants are required to fill in the online form with their contact details and supply a recipe featuring pumpkin as a key ingredient (“the Competition”). 7. Each entrant who submits a recipe will be placed into a draw and the Prize will be awarded to the first complete randomly selected entry. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible and disregarded. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 9. The winning entry will be randomly selected at the Promoter’s premises at Level 1, 21 Kirksway Place, Hobart, Tasmania at 2:00pm EST on 1 April 2010. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail, and the winner’s details will be published on the Promoter’s “warm” website at: www.warm.com.au/warm-competitions winners on 8 April 2010. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated Prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 11. If the Prize remains unclaimed until 22 April 2010, the Promoter will randomly select another entry and award the Prize (“the Unclaimed Prize”). The winner of the Unclaimed Prize will be notified by telephone and mail and their details will be published on the Promoter’s “warm” website at: www.warm.com.au/warm-competitions winners on 2 March 2010. 12. If the Prize remains unclaimed after the unclaimed Prize draw it will remain the property of the Promoter. 13. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and NOT at the time of transmission. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. 14. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition) the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in Tasmania, where required. 15. The Promoter is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants resulting from participation in, or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in, this Competition. 16. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant and the Prize winner irrevocably waives all rights against the Promoter, its employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives (together, the “Indemnified Persons”) and release and discharge the Indemnified Persons from all claims, liability, costs, expenses, damages or losses (whether direct, indirect or consequential and whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Competition, the Prize or the Unclaimed Prize. These terms do not limit or exclude liability to the extent that liability cannot, by law, be limited or excluded. 17. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition. If the requested personal information is not provided as part of an entry, the Promoter will not be able to include the entry in the Prize draw. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or communicating with entrants, and to State and Territory lottery departments. The winner’s name may be published as required under the relevant legislation. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Competition is governed by the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's privacy policy. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event the entrant is a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 19.
